Product Description
The NRG SRK-170H short hub provides the vehicle-specific foundation for installing an NRG quick release and a compatible six-bolt aftermarket steering wheel on a 1969-2002 Chevrolet Camaro or Pontiac Firebird. Its compact design keeps the wheel and quick-release assembly closer to the steering column than a conventional hub setup.
Built from anodized 6061 aluminum, the SRK-170H uses a 6 x 70 mm bolt pattern for common NRG, Momo, and Sparco-style steering-wheel applications. It is available in black or shiny silver and is designed to retain horn and turn-signal functions in most compatible installations.
Before You Buy
This hub is not a complete steering-wheel setup. It requires a compatible NRG quick release and six-bolt steering wheel. It is not compatible with NRG Thin Quick Release or Quick Tilt systems. NRG products are intended for off-road use only. On 1993-2002 airbag-equipped cars, replacing the factory steering wheel disables the airbag system and should only be performed by a qualified installer with a clear understanding of the safety and legal implications.
