The factory rear upper arm on the F20 and F22 is fixed length with a rubber bushing and no camber adjustment built in. When the car gets lowered, rear camber goes negative and your alignment shop has no way to bring it back without an adjustable arm. These replace that fixed arm with a threaded, length-adjustable unit with spherical bearing ends, so the setting you put in at the alignment shop actually holds through corners rather than shifting around under load like a rubber bushing arm does. If you are also correcting rear toe at the same time, grab the matching Godspeed toe arms for this chassis so you are not leaving the alignment shop still fighting a fixed arm on the other axis.
