Fitment Note
These are direct-replacement front lower control arms for vehicles without Toyota KDSS suspension. They do not fit KDSS-equipped 4Runner models. If your 4Runner has KDSS, you need the Freedom Off-Road KDSS-specific lower control arm kit instead.

Product Description
The Freedom Off-Road FO-T702FL front lower control arms are a practical replacement for worn, bent, or seized factory lower arms on a non-KDSS 2010-2024 Toyota 4Runner or 2010-2014 FJ Cruiser. Instead of reusing old bushings, ball joints, and alignment hardware, this kit replaces both front lower arms and includes new cam bolts for getting the alignment back where it needs to be.
Each arm uses a heavy-duty OE-style ball joint and hardened rubber bushings that are 20 percent stiffer than factory. The result is a more solid, controlled front end while still keeping the familiar ride quality of a rubber-bushed arm. Both the ball joints and bushings are serviceable, which is especially useful on trucks that see regular off-road use, salted roads, or high mileage.
Replacing Lower Control Arms on a 5th Gen 4Runner
These arms are a good choice when factory cam bolts are seized, the ball joints have play, or the original bushings are worn out. The included cam bolts provide up to +/- 1.5 degrees of camber and caster adjustment, but the truck should still be professionally aligned after installation. If your 4Runner is lifted 2 to 4 inches, adding compatible front upper control arms can give the alignment shop more room to dial in caster and ball-joint geometry.
