BOOST Products Inline Turbo Oil Feed Filter Kit - 4AN or 6AN / 30, 80 & 150 Micron

Keep dirt, metal particles and other debris out of your turbo's oil supply with this inline oil feed filter from BOOST Products. It installs in a -4AN or -6AN oil feed line and comes with three different stainless steel filter inserts, so you can match the filtration level to the oil and turbo setup.

You get 30, 80 and 150-micron inserts with the kit. You only run one insert at a time. The 30-micron filter catches smaller particles but can reduce oil flow more than the larger filters, so don't automatically use the finest one without checking what your turbo needs.

Choosing a Filter Insert

• 30 micron: BOOST Products recommends this insert for lower-viscosity oil. It provides the finest filtration but can also restrict flow more than the other inserts.
• 80 micron: The middle option when you need more flow than the 30-micron filter while still catching smaller debris than the 150-micron insert.
• 150 micron: BOOST Products recommends this insert for higher-viscosity oil where maintaining oil flow is the bigger concern.

Check the turbo manufacturer's oil-feed requirements before choosing an insert. Too much restriction can leave the turbo short on oil, which defeats the entire point of adding a filter.

Installation Notes

• Install the filter in the turbo oil feed line before the oil reaches the turbocharger
• Follow the flow-direction arrow marked on the housing
• Use the filter insert that matches the turbo's required oil flow and the oil being used
• Inspect and clean the filter regularly
• Check the assembled oil line for leaks and proper flow before running the engine under boost
