This is the complete standalone ECU kit. It includes the FlexLink module, a genuine GM/Continental ethanol-content sensor, quick-connect fuel lines and the wiring harness needed for power and data transfer.

Fitment Note
Your ECU must have a flex-fuel feature, an available ethanol-sensor input and enough room in the calibration for a flex-fuel map. Confirm compatibility with your ECU manufacturer or tuner before selecting the Other option.
This kit provides the ethanol-content data needed by the ECU. It does not load a flex-fuel map or tune the engine for E85.

How the FlexLink Kit Works
The GM/Continental sensor measures the amount of ethanol in the fuel. The FlexLink module interprets that signal and sends the data to the standalone ECU in a format it can use.
Once the ECU has been properly configured by your tuner, it can adjust the flex-fuel tables for the mixture currently in the tank. The same information is sent through Bluetooth to the ProFlex Connect app, so you can check the ethanol percentage from your phone.
Fuel System Requirements
Running E85 usually requires more fuel volume than gasoline. Make sure the fuel pump, injectors, lines, seals and other fuel-system components have enough capacity and are compatible with ethanol.
The FlexLink kit tells the ECU how much ethanol is in the fuel. It does not increase injector or fuel-pump capacity.
Emissions Information
The FlexLink kit does not remove or replace emissions equipment. It measures ethanol content and sends that information to a compatible standalone ECU. The ECU calibration controls any changes to fuel delivery and ignition timing.
Advanced Fuel Dynamics does not publish a CARB Executive Order number for this kit. California emissions compliance will depend on the vehicle, engine, standalone ECU, fuel-system configuration and calibration.
Before You Buy
- Select the standalone ECU used in your vehicle.
- Confirm that the ECU supports flex-fuel mapping.
- Confirm that the ECU harness has a dedicated ethanol-sensor input.
- A flex-fuel calibration must be loaded by your tuner.
- Make sure the fuel pump, injectors and fuel lines can support E85 and the horsepower level of the engine.
- Custom fuel-system installation may be required depending on the vehicle.
