Yonaka Exhaust Honda Civic Si EP3 (02-05) 2.5" Catback w/ 3.5" Polished Tip

Give your EP3 a deeper exhaust sound without making the K20A3 raspy every time you get on it. This Yonaka catback exhaust uses 2.5-inch mandrel-bent stainless steel piping with a polished 3.5-inch tip. It has a deeper, cleaner tone and is still quiet enough for an EP3 you drive regularly.

Some owners compare the sound and appearance of this exhaust to the APEXi WS2. It has that same understated muffler style with a deep tone instead of the sharper midrange rasp you hear from some Honda exhaust systems.

How Does It Sound?

This is a good choice if you want your EP3 to sound deeper and more aggressive without going with an exhaust that is loud and raspy all the time. You will hear the K20A3 when you get on the throttle, but the sound stays cleaner during normal driving.

Here is a sound clip from Yonaka showing how this exhaust sounds on an EP3 Civic Si.

Installation Notes

The Yonaka EP3 exhaust bolts directly to the factory connection and includes the required installation hardware. Check the factory rubber exhaust hangers while the original system is removed, especially if they are still the original pieces. After installation, check the flange connections for leaks and make sure the exhaust tip is centered before fully tightening everything.

Pairs Well With

• BLOX 4-Hole Adjustable Exhaust Hanger - A good replacement if the factory rubber hangers are worn or you need a little more control over where the EP3 muffler and exhaust tip sit.
• Vibrant 2.5-Inch High-Temperature Exhaust Gasket - Useful to have during the catback installation if the existing gasket is damaged or has started leaking. Confirm the flange pattern before ordering.
• HPS Short Ram Intake for Honda Civic Si EP3 - Adds more induction sound from the K20A3 and pairs nicely with the deeper tone of the Yonaka exhaust.

Warranty
