Product Description

The TruHart StreetPlus coilovers are a budget-friendly option for lowering the 1992-2000 Honda Civic EG, EK, and del Sol while improving handling. The kit uses 44mm twin-tube struts front and rear with aluminum top hats included. Shock bodies are zinc plated, lower mounts are powder coated, and lock rings are anodized, so the kit has solid corrosion protection throughout. Ride height is adjusted via an independently adjustable lower mount, which means you can set your drop without affecting shock travel or spring preload.

Drop range is approximately 2.25" at minimum to 3.75" maximum from factory ride height, with factory ride height not achievable. Dampening is pre-set and not adjustable on this kit, which keeps things simple and is well suited for daily driving and light autocross use. The aluminum top hats are fixed mounts and are not camber plates, so if you need camber adjustment after lowering you will want to add a separate camber kit to your order.

A couple of fitment notes worth knowing before ordering: this kit does not fit the Honda Civic Wagon or hatchback models with rear drum conversion issues. Verify your suspension type if you are on an early hatchback before ordering. The del Sol fitment covers the EG chassis years only (1993-1997).
