Product Description
A flex section is important in a custom exhaust because the engine, exhaust mounts, and chassis do not move exactly the same way. This BOOST Products titanium bellow gives a fabricated system a controlled point of movement, helping reduce stress on the surrounding pipe sections and welded joints.
Grade 2 titanium is a strong, lightweight material suited to motorsport fabrication. Choose the diameter that matches the outer diameter of the titanium tubing in your exhaust or downpipe project.
Fabrication Notes
Confirm tubing diameter, available space, and flex-joint placement before ordering. This is a weld-in component and is not a bolt-on exhaust part. Titanium fabrication requires the proper welding process and clean material preparation, so installation should be handled by an experienced fabricator.
