Product Description
This tight-radius titanium elbow is for builds where a 90-degree turn needs to fit into a compact area. It is a useful starting point for routing a custom exhaust, downpipe, or other titanium tube section around suspension, chassis, or engine-bay packaging constraints.
Grade 2 titanium keeps the component lightweight while remaining suitable for motorsport fabrication. The 1.2 mm wall thickness matches BOOST Products' titanium tubing and bend range, making it easier to plan a consistent custom system.
Fabrication Notes
Confirm the tubing outer diameter, bend location, and available clearance before ordering. This is a weld-in fabrication component, not a bolt-on exhaust part. Titanium should be prepared and welded using the correct process by an experienced fabricator.
