The SXTH AV6 replaces the factory bypass valve with a true atmospheric blow-off valve, giving the Hyundai 2.0T N models a sharp turbo release sound when you shift or lift off the throttle. This is a complete replacement valve, not a spacer installed behind the factory part.
The compact body is machined from billet 6061 aluminum and uses a lightweight brass piston for quick response. It bolts to the factory valve location, reuses the original gasket and works with either the stock tune or an aftermarket tune.

- Does not fit the Elantra N-Line with the 1.6L turbo engine
- Does not fit the Kona N-Line with the 1.6L turbo engine
- Does not fit standard naturally aspirated Elantra, Veloster or Kona models
- No ECU tuning is required
- This valve removes the factory recirculation connection
- If your intake has a recirculation port, that opening must be sealed with the SXTH BPV plug or another correctly sized plug
Emissions Compliance
This blow-off valve is not CARB approved and is not legal for street use on emissions-controlled vehicles in California.
How the AV6 Changes the Turbo Sound
The factory bypass valve routes released boost pressure back into the intake, which keeps the car quieter. The AV6 vents that pressure to the atmosphere, giving you the blow-off valve sound when you let off the throttle or shift under boost. AV stands for atmospheric valve.

Note: A plug for the factory intake recirculation port is not included. If your intake retains this port, it must be properly capped after installing the AV6.
Installation
The AV6 replaces the original bypass valve and reuses the factory gasket. SXTH includes the required fasteners and vacuum line for installation. Once the new valve is installed, make sure the unused recirculation port on the intake is properly sealed before driving the car.
