These OEM part numbers are for the standard non-towing door mirror assemblies on the 1997-2003 F-150. The Spec-D towing mirror replaces these with a manually extendable unit that is physically larger and extends further than the OEM assembly. Buyers can verify OEM part numbers using the Ford parts catalog at parts.ford.com with their VIN.
