Fitment Note: Fits all A1 platform vehicles listed above across all trim levels and engine configurations. The VW Golf MK1 was sold in the US under the Rabbit name from 1975 through 1984. Both names refer to the same A1 platform and this kit fits both.

• t the more aggressive end of the drop range, wheel spacers may be required depending on the specific wheel and tire combination.
• Front spring rate is 400 lb/in and rear spring rate is 285 lb/in, both linear.
• Helper springs are included at front and rear.
• The housing is heavy gold zinc plated and salt spray tested to 500 hours for long-term corrosion resistance.
• All necessary hardware, spanner wrenches, installation instructions, and a bottle of Boeshield T-9 lubricant are included.

Product Description

Solo Werks is well known for their entry level coilover kits.  Offered at a great price with excellent features, Solo Werks coilovers come with two front and two rear dampers with adjustable height progressive springs.  The springs are adjustable using black spring perches which have a double lock ring design to ensure they don't come loose during daily or aggressive driving.  Each coilover kit has spring rates and damper adjustments that are set perfectly for each application.  

Solo Werks includes progressive elastomer bumpstops, spanner wrenches, 1 bottle of Boeshield lubricant/protectant as well as step by step install instructions.
