Product Description
This Rtunes Racing intake is a straightforward upgrade for a 1994-1996 F-150 or Bronco with Ford's 5.0L or 5.8L V8. It removes the stock airbox and replaces it with a black intake pipe and reusable cone filter, bringing more induction noise into the cabin when you accelerate.
Because this is a short ram air intake, the filter stays in the engine bay instead of routing down toward the fender. That keeps filter inspection and cleaning simple, especially on an older truck that sees regular street use, towing, or weekend trail time.
Before You Buy
Confirm whether your truck has the 5.0L or 5.8L V8 before ordering. Check the condition of the factory intake hose connections, vacuum lines, and clamps during installation, since these trucks are now several decades old. Clean and re-oil the reusable filter only with products intended for oiled performance filters.
