This intake is designed for 2012-2015 Toyota Tacoma models with the 4.0L V6 gas engine. It does not fit the 2.7L four-cylinder Tacoma.

Product Description

The S&B Cold Air Intake gives the 2012-2015 Toyota Tacoma 4.0L V6 a less restrictive intake path than the factory airbox. It uses a fully enclosed airbox and a large filter to improve airflow while helping keep engine heat and dirt away from the filter.

S&B reports up to 65.58% better airflow than stock with the cotton cleanable filter. The intake also gives the 4.0L V6 a deeper, more noticeable induction sound when you get into the throttle, without changing the practical setup of your daily-driven or trail-used Tacoma.

Choosing a Cotton or Dry Filter

The cotton cleanable filter is the reusable option for owners who do not mind cleaning and re-oiling it with the correct S&B service products. The dry extendable filter is also reusable, but it does not need oil after cleaning. Both filters use the same intake system, so the choice comes down to how you prefer to maintain it.
