With a massive 25.5" x 9" x 3.5" core, this unit provides a huge surface area to exchange heat, ensuring that your intake charge remains dense and oxygen-rich.
You will see a lot of cheap intercoolers out there using "Tube and Fin" designs. They are light, but they are fragile and heat up fast. Rev9 uses a Bar and Plate design. It acts like a thermal heat sink—it takes longer to heat up and it stands up to road debris much better. It’s the choice for drivers who actually abuse their cars.
