Product Description
Rev9 Hyper Street II coilovers give the 2003-2007 Honda Accord a lower stance, adjustable damping, and a more controlled feel through corners. The 32-way rebound adjustment lets you choose a softer setting for regular street driving or firm things up when you want a more responsive setup.
This complete four-corner kit uses monotube shocks and full-length height adjustment, so ride height can be changed without relying solely on spring preload. The 12 kg/mm front and 8 kg/mm rear spring rates provide a noticeably sportier feel than factory suspension while still giving you room to tailor the damper settings to the way you drive your seventh-generation Accord.
What to Know When Lowering a 7th Gen Accord
Most Accord owners want a clean drop without making the car too rough for everyday driving. The Hyper Street II coilovers let you set the ride height where you want it, then use the 32-way damping adjustment to fine-tune the feel. Start on a softer setting for street driving and make small adjustments until it feels right for you.
Once the car is lowered, get an alignment. Lowering a 2003-2007 Accord can add negative rear camber, which may wear the inside edge of the tires faster. A mild drop may still align within spec, but lower setups can need adjustable rear camber arms to get everything back where it should be.
It’s also good to set the final height with your wheels and tires installed. That way, you can check fender clearance before the alignment and avoid ending up lower than you wanted. Let the suspension settle after installation, make any final adjustments, and then have it aligned.
