Product Description
The Rev9 Hyper Street II coilovers are a popular budget option for the BMW E90, E91, E92, and E93 3-Series. If you want to lower your BMW 325i, 328i, 330i, or 335i and get adjustable damping without spending a lot, this kit covers all RWD body styles including the sedan, wagon, coupe, and convertible. Front camber plates are included, which is useful since lowering the E90 platform tends to pull camber negative and typically requires correction.
Damping is 32-way adjustable from soft to firm, and ride height is adjusted independently of spring preload so you can lower the car without affecting spring tension. Height range is approximately 1" at minimum to about 3" maximum drop from stock. The kit uses a monotube shock design for better oil and gas capacity compared to a twin-tube setup. Rev9 tested these springs by compressing them over 600,000 times with a distortion rate of only 0.04%.
One thing to note on this kit is the spring rates. The front runs 8kg/mm while the rear runs a stiffer 12kg/mm, which suits the weight distribution and rear suspension geometry of the E9X platform. A full wheel alignment is recommended after installation.
Important fitment note: This kit fits RWD models only and will not fit AWD variants. It also does not fit the M3. Double check your drivetrain and trim before ordering.
