The Rev9 Intake and Intercooler Charge Pipe Kit for the 2018–2019 BMW G32 640i xDrive Gran Turismo B58 is engineered to improve airflow efficiency, turbocharger response, and long-term reliability by replacing the restrictive factory plastic piping with a stronger high-flow aluminum setup. Constructed using mandrel-bent aluminum piping, CNC-machined flanges, and reinforced 4-ply silicone couplers, this upgraded system helps improve boost consistency while reducing airflow turbulence throughout the intake and intercooler charge system. The factory plastic charge piping found on many turbocharged BMW applications is widely known among enthusiasts as a weak point once additional boost pressure, tuning, or heat cycles are introduced, making upgraded aluminum piping one of the most common preventative and performance-oriented modifications for the B58 platform.

Designed for both daily-driven luxury touring setups and tuned performance builds, the Rev9 charge pipe kit helps improve throttle response, turbo spool feel, and overall boost reliability while maintaining OEM-style fitment using factory mounting locations.
