The 4.2 Latch & Link Harness with 2" belts excels in providing comfort and safety for off-road vehicles. Engineered with sewn-in shoulder pads to prevent neck chafing, it ensures added comfort, particularly during extended rides. The harness features all-black hardware for a sleek appearance and EZ adjusters on the shoulders, enabling quick adjustments even in dirty or muddy conditions. Boasting a classic latch and link style buckle, the 4.2 harness offers simplicity and reliability.
This harness is particularly advantageous for smaller riders as the 2" belts provide a better fit onto their shoulders. Addressing concerns about clogging with sand or dirt, this harness eliminates worries by reintroducing the classic latch and link buckle to the 4.2 belts. WARNINGS
Proper installation and consistent use of the 4-point harness restraint system are critical to your safety in the event of an accident.
Reduce the risk of serious injury or death:
- Follow vehicle manufacturers’ and PRP Seats instructions and safety messages during the installation and use of this product.
- Use all belts provided. Secure the lap belt first; low and snug across the hips. Sternum strap tight at chest line (min. 4” below the neck). Adjust remaining straps per instructions and confirm fitment restrains user & provides safe clearance from wheel, dash, roll cage, etc.
- Inspect all components of the 4 points harness restraint system regularly & replace them as indicated by accident, wear, or abrasion. Replace no later than 2 years from the date on the SFI tag, or purchase.
- This 4-point competition restraint system is intended for UTV or other off-road vehicle-not replacement for FMVSS 209 restraints. Never use with child car seats or boosters.
