- Rear Anti-Sway Bar only. Does NOT include a front sway bar. Front sway bar sold separately.
- Bar Diameter: 22.2mm (0.875"). Replaces the factory 20.5mm rear sway bar.
- 3-Way adjustable stiffness settings via end link hole positions.
- Sway bar rates: Soft — 640 lbs/in / Middle — 740 lbs/in / Firm — 850 lbs/in. Factory OEM rate: 550 lbs/in.
- Includes two Zero-deflection HD adjustable end links with M10 Teflon-lined spherical rod end bearings. These spherical bearings are intended for track and autocross use and are wear items — replacement bearings are available at progressauto.com and are not covered under warranty.
- Includes reinforced bushing brackets with TIG welded gussets, polyurethane bushings, lateral location rings, and synthetic chassis lube.
- Satin black powder coated finish on sway bar and brackets.

Note Before Ordering
This kit includes two Zero-deflection adjustable end links. These are intended for track and autocross use. There are two (2) M10 Teflon-lined spherical bearings (rod ends) in the linkage. These are high-quality Domestic USA bearings. They are wear items and may require replacement. Replacement bearings are available at progressauto.com. Note that any replacement spherical bearings are non-warranty components.

This advanced design features a 22mm three-way adjustable sway bar and our unique Zero-deflection HD end links. After days of track testing, this PROGRESS Rear Sway bar system chosen by Team Honda R&D West for their two works-prepared 25 Hours of Thunderhill Civic Type-R race cars!
This same PROGRESS Sway bar system has already taken the 2019 SCCA San Diego Region D Street Championship, winning NINE of TEN events on the schedule at Qualcomm Stadium!
This Progress Sway bar system will minimize body roll and improve chassis balance. Less understeer and body roll will add a new level of control that will inspire your commute or sport-driving.
This larger 22.2mm adjustable Progress Sway bar will reduce body roll and improve steering response.
