Technical Notes
The RBC intake manifold requires injector boring to the manifold itself to utilize factory-diameter 9th Gen Civic Si injectors; otherwise, standard K-series (8th Gen Civic Si) style injectors must be used. Acura RDX injectors are also a popular solution. We also recommend port matching the intake manifold plenum for 70mm ZDX / MDX applications to achieve optimal performance.

Product Description
Replace the restrictive factory intake manifold made of plastic on your PRL K24Z7-powered engine with one of the most proven and cost-effective performance upgrades available for the K-Series platform. With PRL precision-engineered adapter plate and throttle body spacer, the popular RBC intake manifold becomes a true bolt-on solution for 2012–2015 Civic Si applications.
Both the adapter plate and throttle body spacer are CNC-machined from high-quality billet 6061 aluminum and have reusable O-ring seals to ensure a leak-free installation in both naturally aspirated and boosted conditions. Unlike conventional RBC conversion methods that often require welding, extensive modifications, or custom fabrication, PRL unique design eliminates those hassles, providing a clean and straightforward installation.
For customers wishing to retain the factory 2012–2015 injectors, minor injector-related machining is required, a service we also offer. Alternatively, by using 2006–2011 Civic Si injectors and injector plugs—or upgrading to aftermarket injectors such as Injector Dynamics—the RBC manifold installation becomes completely bolt-on.
To accommodate a variety of performance setups, the throttle body adapter is available in both standard bore and 72mm (ZDX throttle body) configurations, making it compatible with factory and larger aftermarket throttle bodies. Whether you're building a naturally aspirated street car or a high-boost turbo setup, this conversion delivers improved airflow, enhanced performance potential, and OEM-quality fitment.
