Open up the exhaust on your FL5 Civic Type R with this 3-inch front pipe from PRL Motorsports. It replaces the factory front pipe with a smoother, freer-flowing section designed to improve midrange and top-end exhaust flow without requiring an ECU tune.
PRL builds the pipe from 16-gauge 304 stainless steel with CNC-machined flanges and a reinforced flex section. Every assembly is fully back-purged for clean, durable welds that can hold up to the heat produced by the turbocharged K20C1.

Installation
This front pipe is made as a direct-fit upgrade for the FL5 Civic Type R and includes the gaskets and hardware needed for installation. Professional installation is recommended if you are not comfortable working with exhaust components.
Do not heat wrap, coat or otherwise insulate the front pipe. Holding excess heat in the tubing can shorten its service life and may affect the manufacturer's warranty.
