BOOST Products 15° Stainless Steel Pie Cut with Spigot - Super Tight Radius

Build a tight exhaust bend without having to measure and cut every pie section yourself with these 15-degree stainless steel pie cuts from BOOST Products.

The spigot design helps each piece line up with the next one, making it easier to mock up the bend, hold everything in place and get consistent weld joints. These are a good option when a normal mandrel bend takes up too much room or the piping needs to work around a tight engine bay, subframe or suspension setup.

Why Use Spigot Pie Cuts?

Regular pie cuts can move around while you are trying to mock up and tack the bend. The spigot on these pieces helps keep the adjoining sections centered, so it is easier to check the routing before everything gets welded together. You still get the pie-cut look, but with less time spent fighting gaps and alignment.

Each segment changes the pipe direction by 15 degrees. Six segments can be used to build a 90-degree bend, or you can use fewer pieces when the piping only needs a smaller change in direction.

Installation Notes

• Mock up the complete bend before final welding
• Confirm pipe diameter, bend direction and available clearance before fabrication
• Tack each joint in several places to help keep the assembly from moving
• TIG welding and back purging are recommended when building stainless exhaust piping
• Professional fabrication is recommended if you do not have the proper welding equipment or experience
