The PERRIN PSP-BRK-405BK Master Cylinder Brace aims to eliminate firewall flex that can make the brake pedal feel soft in Toyota, Scion, and Subaru’s FR-S, BRZ, and 86 series. Made from precision CNC-machined 6061 aluminum and finished in sleek black anodizing, this brace attaches directly between the master cylinder and the driver-side shock tower. It significantly improves brake pedal firmness and responsiveness.
This brace is easy to install with the included hardware and doesn’t require any drilling. It enhances safety by keeping the master cylinder steady during hard braking. It’s great for spirited street driving or track use, and it fits all trims of the Subaru BRZ from 2013 to 2020, the Scion FR-S from 2013 to 2016, and the Toyota 86/GR86 through 2023.
