Buyers pairing these struts with lowered springs may want to consider the Pedders shortened rear strut (PED-144314) depending on the drop amount, to maintain proper shock travel and ride quality. The SportsRyder gas struts use high nitrogen gas pressure with precisely tuned valving specific to the G8 platform, making them a performance upgrade over stock while retaining a street-friendly ride character.
