Product Description

The MaxTrac 833920 front leveling kit raises the front of the 2010–2014 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor by approximately two inches. The additional height reduces the truck’s factory nose-down rake and provides more room for larger wheel and tire combinations.

Each spacer is fabricated from steel with a stamped top plate and finished in grey powder coating for corrosion resistance. The spacers install above the factory front coilover assemblies, allowing the original springs and dampers to remain in place.

Unlike an adjustable replacement coilover, this kit does not change the factory spring preload to create lift. Instead, it repositions the complete front coilover assembly downward from its upper mounting point. This provides the advertised increase in front ride height but still changes suspension geometry and available extension travel, as expected with a spacer-style leveling kit.

This kit is intended for Raptor owners who want a more level stance and additional tire clearance without replacing the factory front coilovers. It does not include rear lift components and is not intended to create a fully lifted front-and-rear suspension system.

About the 37-Inch Tire Claim

MaxTrac lists clearance for up to a 37x12.50-inch tire when used with an 8- to 9-inch-wide wheel. This should be treated as a maximum possible combination rather than guaranteed bolt-on fitment.

Tire dimensions vary by manufacturer, and wheel offset or backspacing can substantially change clearance at the fender, suspension and inner wheel well. Trimming may be required, particularly during full steering lock or suspension compression. Measure the intended wheel and tire combination before ordering.

Before Installation

• Measure the truck’s front and rear ride height before installation.
• Inspect the factory coilovers, upper control arms, ball joints, wheel bearings, steering components and bushings for wear.
• Have the kit installed by a technician experienced with lifted truck suspension.
• Do not combine this kit with additional front lift spacers or other lifting devices unless MaxTrac specifically approves the combination.
• Check brake-hose and ABS-wire clearance through the full range of suspension and steering travel.
• Perform a professional front-end alignment immediately after installation.
• Check and adjust headlight aim after changing the front ride height.
• Recheck all installation hardware after 500 miles and at normal service intervals.
• Recalibrate the speedometer if the installed tire diameter differs substantially from stock.
