Fitment Note
- Made for K-swapped EG, EK and DC2 chassis. This is not a stock D-series or B-series application.
- The intercooler piping is designed around the throttle-body position of an RBC-style intake manifold.
- A Skunk2 Pro Series manifold or another manifold with a different throttle-body angle may require an angled silicone coupler.
- Final intercooler mounting, piping clearance and coupler selection will depend on the turbo, manifold, radiator and engine position used in your swap.

Product Description
If your K swap is getting a turbo, this kit handles the intercooler and cold-side piping without making you start with a pile of universal bends. The piping is designed around the RBC throttle-body position, while the 50mm TiAL flange and IAT sensor bung take care of two things that would otherwise need to be added during fabrication.
The V2 vertical-flow intercooler is rated by Bull Boost for builds making up to 775 horsepower. Choose the Silver finish for the raw aluminum look or Black if you want the intercooler and piping to blend into the engine bay and front bumper opening.

Installation Notes
- Professional installation is recommended.
- Check the complete piping route before tightening the intercooler, couplers and clamps.
- Pressure-test the intercooler system after installation to check for boost leaks.
- A proper fuel system and professional tune are required before running boost on a K20 or K24 swap.
What the 775HP Rating Means
The 775HP figure is the manufacturer’s stated capacity for the intercooler setup. It is not a horsepower gain by itself. The power your K-series build makes will depend on the turbo, engine setup, fuel system, boost level and tune.
