- Due to the larger size of the 350z transmission additional clearance to the firewall and the transmission casing are required. The transmission tunnel where the crossmember mounts also requires clearance. It is suggested to use the included weld in transmission clearance kit in this area for proper fitment. Hammering this area will distort the mounting holes and cause incorrect alignment.
