Fitment Note: This is an axleback exhaust, replacing the rear muffler section of the factory exhaust on the G90 M5 Sedan and G99 M5 Touring. It does not replace the mid pipe, downpipes, or any section forward of the rear muffler. The IRL V2 valve system operates independently of the factory exhaust. On US-spec G90 and G99 M5 models, the factory M Sound button controls speaker-generated sound only, not physical exhaust valves, so the IRL valve system gives you actual physical exhaust valve control that the factory setup does not have on US cars. Sold as a complete axleback system including all hardware.

• IRL MaxFlow 400 Cell Primary Downpipes for BMW M5 G90 / G99 (2025-2026) The axleback opens up the rear section of the exhaust and the IRL primary downpipes open up the path right out of the turbos. Running both together from the same IRL product family gives you a matched system from the turbo outlets to the tips with consistent engineering throughout.

One thing worth knowing about the US-spec G90 and G99 M5: the factory M Sound button doesn't control physical exhaust valves. On US cars it only adjusts the speaker-generated cabin sound. There are no physical valves on the stock exhaust. The IRL V2 system adds real physical valves that you control independently of the factory setup.
