A K-swap needs its fuel delivery sorted properly, and this Hybrid Racing kit converts the factory returnless K-series fuel system into a reliable return-style setup that integrates cleanly with your chassis. No sourcing extra fittings, cutting hoses, or fighting fuel-delivery gremlins—every line is pre-assembled with high-flow AN fittings and built to fit the EG, EK, and DC chassis.

The K-series came with a returnless fuel system, and a proper swap setup converts it to return-style for consistent fuel pressure and control. This kit handles that conversion cleanly, with a banjo bolt that connects directly to your stock Civic or Integra fuel filter and a chassis-side adapter that mates to your hard line. The result is stable fuel pressure under boost or high RPM, which protects your injectors and keeps your air-fuel ratios where they should be.

Standard vs. Tucked
Standard -

The Standard fuel line kit connects to your stock Civic or Integra fuel filter and integrates with the factory hard line for a clean, factory-style installation. It is compatible with pump gas, including 87, 89, 91, and 93 octane. If you're running pump gas now and for the foreseeable future, this is the right choice and the more economical option.

Tucked -

The Tucked fuel line kit was designed to clean up your engine bay by eliminating the OEM fuel filter and routing the fuel lines close to the engine. The lines run between the number 2 and number 3 runners and hug the transmission as they make their way to the fuel pressure regulator, which is mounted below the brake booster. This kit works with the Hybrid Racing fuel rail or other aftermarket rails with the necessary center port. It is also E85 compatible.

The construction is proper regardless of which version you choose. The lines use black nylon hose with abrasion-resistant sheathing that stands up to heat, chemicals, and the flex of an engine moving on its mounts, while the hardware is black zinc-coated for corrosion resistance.
