Product Description
The HPS hot-side intercooler charge pipe kit replaces the factory plastic charge pipes on the 2023–2024 Toyota Sequoia 3.4L twin-turbo V6. The kit uses two lightweight 2.5-inch mandrel-bent aluminum pipes to create a smoother and more durable path between the turbochargers and intercooler.
The factory molded piping can restrict airflow and may become a weak point as boost pressure and underhood temperatures increase. HPS replaces those sections with rigid 6061 aluminum tubing designed to reduce turbulence while providing greater resistance to heat, pressure and long-term deterioration.
Each pipe has bead-rolled ends that help the silicone couplers remain securely attached under boost. HPS includes heat- and oil-resistant reinforced silicone couplers along with embossed stainless-steel clamps for a tight connection. Built-in CNC-machined adapters allow the original blow-off valves to transfer to the new piping without requiring separate adapters.
This kit is designed as a direct bolt-on upgrade using the included couplers, clamps and mounting hardware. It does not require custom tuning and works well on stock Sequoias as well as vehicles equipped with additional intake or performance upgrades.
Why Upgrade the Hot-Side Charge Pipes?
The hot-side pipes carry compressed air from the turbochargers to the intercooler. Replacing the factory plastic piping with mandrel-bent aluminum tubing provides a stronger pressure path and removes abrupt transitions that can disturb airflow. The result is a more durable charge-air system designed to support sharper throttle response and more consistent operation under boost.
