Fitment Note: These springs fit all coil-spring Cayenne variants across the 9YA sedan and 9YB Coupe body styles from 2019 through 2023, including PASM-equipped cars. They do not fit any Cayenne with factory air suspension. The quickest way to confirm your setup is to check whether your car has a ride height or suspension mode button on the center console. If it does, it has air suspension. An alignment is recommended after installation. Sold as a complete set of 4 springs.

The Cayenne's fender gap is one of the more noticeable things about how these SUVs sit at stock ride height. The H&R drops it 1.4 inches front and rear consistently across all coil-spring variants, which closes that gap without going so low that the Cayenne loses any of its ground clearance advantage for the driving it was actually designed for. PASM-equipped cars work with these springs since PASM is an electronic damper control system that operates independently of the spring, not an air suspension setup. The check to run before ordering is whether your Cayenne has air suspension, not whether it has PASM.
