Fitment Note: Two options are available on this listing, and selecting the right one depends on whether your Macan has PASM (Porsche Active Suspension Management). PASM is an electronic damping system that Porsche offered as standard or optional equipment depending on trim and year. To confirm whether your car has PASM, check your build sheet, window sticker, or the Porsche Vehicle Identification option code list via Porsche's VIN decoder.

Lowering the Macan reduces the fender gap vertically but spacers address the horizontal stance, and the two upgrades are commonly paired together on the 95B platform.

• How do I know if my Macan has PASM?
  Check your build sheet or window sticker for the PASM option code. You can also run your VIN through Porsche's option code decoder at porsche.com. If your car has PASM, you will also see a suspension mode button on the center console. If you are still unsure, reach out to us before ordering and we can help you confirm which spring is right for your car.
• What is the difference between the Sport Spring and the VTF Adjustable?
  The Sport Spring (28788-1 or 28788-2) gives you a fixed drop of about 1.5 inches front and rear. Once installed, that is your ride height. The VTF Adjustable (23001-2) uses threaded collars to let you fine-tune the drop anywhere between 1.6 and 2.4 inches in the front and 1.2 and 2.0 inches in the rear. The VTF costs more but gives you the flexibility to adjust later without pulling the springs out. Both retain your factory PASM dampers.
• Will these work with air suspension?
  No. All three options on this listing are designed for steel spring suspension only. If your Macan has the optional air suspension, none of these kits will fit. Check your build sheet before ordering.
• Do I need new shocks when installing H&R springs on my Macan?
  Not necessarily. H&R specifically engineers these springs to work with the factory OEM dampers, including the PASM electronic shocks. If your existing shocks are in good condition, you can run these springs on your stock dampers. If the shocks are worn, this is a good opportunity to replace them at the same time.
• Do I need an alignment after installing these springs?
  Yes. Any change in ride height shifts the suspension geometry and will move your alignment out of spec. We always recommend budgeting for a four-wheel alignment as part of the installation.
