The rear suspension on both the 8th and 9th gen Accord uses a fixed-length rear arm with no camber adjustment built in. That works fine at stock height. Drop the car and you're running negative rear camber with nothing your alignment shop can do about it without a replacement arm. These swap the fixed arm for an adjustable one with spherical bearing ends, so you can actually get the rear geometry corrected rather than just hoping the alignment shop can work around it. Same part number covers both the CP chassis (2008-2012) and the CR chassis (2013-2017), Sedan and Coupe.
