Product Description
Godspeed MonoRS coilovers are a straightforward suspension upgrade for an AWD RC300 or RC350 that needs a lower stance and more control than the factory suspension can offer. MRS1492 uses monotube dampers with 32 levels of adjustment, letting you tune the setup toward a more controlled street feel or a firmer response for spirited driving.
Ride height is adjusted separately from spring preload, so you can set the car where you want it without using preload as your primary height adjustment. The kit uses 12 kg/mm front and 11 kg/mm rear springs, along with rubber upper mounts at both ends. That makes this a better fit for drivers who want an adjustable coilover setup without changing to solid or pillowball mounts.
Before You Buy
Have the car professionally aligned after installation and again after making a meaningful ride-height change. Godspeed specifies 5 to 10 mm of spring preload during setup. These coilovers do not include camber plates, so aggressively lowered cars may need additional alignment components to bring rear camber back into range. Check tire and wheel clearance at your intended ride height before ordering.
