Product Description
The Garrett Powermax™ direct fit performance charge air cooler for the 2016+ Honda Civic 1.5T/SI is specifically designed to provide maximum power and performance for your vehicle. The 90% larger core helps to significantly reduce intake manifold temperatures, which can be a major bottleneck for performance. With a max increase of up to 17 WHP (12.7 kW) and 14 lb-ft of torque (19 N-m), this performance intercooler has been proven to provide significant gains in power and torque compared to the original equipment (OE) during back to back dyno comparisons in a wind tunnel that generates air velocity that matches vehicle speed.
The CFD optimized end tanks improve the flow of air through the core, which helps to further improve the overall performance of the intercooler. The direct fit design of this performance intercooler makes it easy to install in just 3 hours, and it can be easily installed using the stock bolts, hoses, and clamps. Some modification to the shroud may be required, but overall this is a straightforward and easy upgrade that can provide significant performance improvements for your Honda Civic 1.5T/SI.
