Give your 2022-2026 WRX a deeper exhaust sound while helping control unwanted drone with this resonated mid pipe from EOS. It replaces the restrictive factory mid-pipe with 3-inch mandrel-bent tubing that splits into dual 2.5-inch pipes before connecting to the rear exhaust section.
The built-in resonator helps clean up the exhaust note, which makes this a useful upgrade if your VB WRX already has a louder axle-back or you plan to install one later. The complete mid-pipe is made from T304 stainless steel for better resistance to heat, rust and corrosion.

Installation
This mid-pipe replaces the factory center and rear Y-pipe section. It connects to the factory front exhaust section and can be used with the original WRX mufflers, so an aftermarket axle-back is not required.
It can also be used with many aftermarket axle-backs that retain the factory-style mounting locations and flange connections. Cutting or welding should not be required when installed with the stock exhaust.
Emissions Compliance
This mid-pipe installs behind the factory catalytic converters. It does not remove, replace or modify the WRX’s factory catalytic converters or other emissions equipment.

How the Resonated Mid Pipe Changes the Sound
The larger piping opens up the exhaust while the resonator helps smooth out the harsher frequencies that can come with a louder axle-back. Expect a deeper and cleaner exhaust note rather than the raw sound you would get from a non-resonated mid-pipe.
The final sound level will depend on the axle-back installed on the car. Factory mufflers will keep the WRX more reasonable, while a muffler-delete axle-back will make the difference much more noticeable.

Installation
This mid-pipe replaces the factory center and rear Y-pipe section. It is designed as a direct bolt-on installation using the factory exhaust mounting locations. Cutting or welding should not be required when installed with a compatible exhaust setup.
