Clean up the sound of your VA WRX or STI while opening up the center section with this 3-inch resonated mid-pipe from EOS.
The larger mandrel-bent piping gives the exhaust a smoother path, while the resonator helps cut down the harsh rasp and highway drone that can come with muffler deletes. The main pipe splits from 3 inches into dual 2.5-inch outlets to match the factory-style exhaust layout.

This mid-pipe is installed after the factory catalytic converters. It does not remove or replace the factory catalytic converters, oxygen sensors or other emissions equipment. The factory emissions system stays in place.
Specs & Features
- 3-inch main pipe splitting into dual 2.5-inch outlets
- Built-in resonator helps reduce rasp and unwanted drone
- Mandrel-bent T304 stainless steel piping
- Hand TIG-welded construction
- Anodized silver finish
- Improves exhaust flow compared to the restrictive factory mid-pipe

How It Changes the Exhaust Sound
With the factory mufflers, this mid-pipe gives the exhaust a deeper and smoother sound without making the car excessively loud. When used with matching EOS muffler-delete axle-backs, the resonator helps take the sharp rasp and highway drone out of the louder exhaust setup.
What's Included
- Three-piece EOS resonated mid-pipe assembly
- Five exhaust gaskets
- Installation hardware
Installation
The mid-pipe is designed as a bolt-on replacement using the factory exhaust locations. No welding is required. Professional installation is recommended, especially on older cars with rusted or seized factory exhaust hardware.
