Make your 2.0L EcoBoost Maverick a lot louder with this 3-inch muffler-delete cat-back exhaust from EOS.
The straight-through design removes the factory muffler and replaces the original exhaust with 3-inch mandrel-bent T-304 stainless steel piping. It finishes with a 4-inch polished double-wall tip that gives the back of the truck a more finished look than a plain turn-down pipe.
This is a muffler delete, so expect a noticeable increase in exhaust sound on cold starts and under acceleration. You may also hear more exhaust inside the cab than you would with a cat-back that uses a muffler or resonator.

Installation Information
The four-piece exhaust uses slip-fit connections, clamps and the factory exhaust hanger locations. EOS describes it as a bolt-on and clamp-on system, but also notes that cutting may be required during installation. Welding is not listed as a requirement.
An installation manual is not included. Professional installation is recommended so the piping, hangers and tip can be aligned correctly and the clamps can be checked for leaks.
Emissions Information
This is a cat-back exhaust that installs behind the factory catalytic converter. It does not remove or replace the Maverick's factory catalytic converter or other emissions equipment.
The muffler-delete design will make the truck louder, so local exhaust-noise laws may still apply.
Before You Buy
- Confirm that your Maverick has the 2.0L EcoBoost engine and AWD.
- This exhaust does not fit the 2.5L Hybrid, FWD or Tremor.
- This is the louder muffler-delete version. It is not the right setup if you only want a small change from the factory exhaust sound.
- EOS notes that cutting may be required even though the system uses a bolt-on and clamp-on layout.
