Fitment Note: This intercooler kit fits all 2022-2026 Hyundai Elantra N models. DCT transmission owners should be aware that the cold side hose may make contact with the transmission wiring loom and may require minor trimming for clearance. No tune required on OEM calibration. Direct bolt-on installation using factory mounting points and connections.

The bar and plate core on the V2.0 is denser than the previous version, which means more internal fin surface area to transfer heat out of the compressed charge air. The stepped shape is what makes the size increase possible without modifying the bumper or supports. SXTH 3D-scanned the Elantra N engine bay and designed the core to use every cubic inch available within that envelope. The thermal paint adds another layer of heat protection on top of the bar and plate construction. The gains on OEM tuning are consistent across the powerband, and the 30 whp advantage over stock that shows up during extended WOT runs is a direct result of the V2.0's improved heat soak resistance compared to the factory tube-and-fin unit.
