Add real bass to your third-gen Tundra without putting a large subwoofer box in the middle of the cab with this loaded under-seat system from DS18. It includes two 10-inch subwoofers, a truck-specific sealed enclosure and the monoblock amplifier needed to give the subs their full 1,200 watts RMS.
The enclosure fits beneath the rear seat of non-hybrid Double Cab and CrewMax trucks. The subs are already matched to the enclosure and wired to a one-ohm final load, while the included S-3500.1SL amplifier produces 1,200 watts RMS at one ohm. You still need an amplifier wiring kit and a way to get a signal from the factory or aftermarket radio.

Installation
The enclosure installs beneath the Tundra's rear seat. Remove any factory storage pieces that interfere with the box, place the enclosure into position and make sure the seat can open and close without contacting the subwoofer surrounds.
The amplifier needs a properly fused power cable from the battery, a solid chassis ground, remote turn-on and an audio signal. Trucks retaining the factory radio may need a line-output converter or vehicle-specific integration harness, especially when working with the JBL system.
Wire the enclosure to the included amplifier at its one-ohm load, set the gain correctly and start with the low-pass crossover near DS18's recommended 70Hz setting. Professional installation is recommended if you are not familiar with high-current amplifier wiring or integrating an amplifier into the factory Tundra audio system.

- Four-Gauge Amplifier Wiring Kit: The included S-3500.1SL amplifier needs a properly fused power cable, ground cable, remote wire and signal wiring. Choose a kit rated for the amplifier's current demand.
- Factory Radio Integration Harness: A vehicle-specific harness or line-output converter gives the amplifier a clean signal while keeping the factory Toyota radio and avoiding unnecessary wire cutting.
- Sound-Deadening Material: Adding sound treatment beneath the rear seat and along the back wall helps control rattles and keeps more of the bass inside the cab.
