Fitment Note
This D2 Racing RS coilover kit is for front-wheel-drive 3000GT Base, SL, and SL Spyder models only. It does not fit the all-wheel-drive 3000GT VR-4.

Product Description
D2 Racing RS coilovers give the front-wheel-drive Mitsubishi 3000GT Base, SL, and SL Spyder a fully adjustable suspension setup for a lower stance and more controlled handling. The RS Series uses 36-way adjustable monotube dampers, allowing owners to tailor the ride from more comfortable street settings to firmer settings for aggressive driving and occasional track use.
Ride height is adjusted separately from spring preload, so the car can be lowered without using preload adjustment as the only way to set stance. This D-MT-02 kit includes front pillowball camber plates and rear aluminum top mounts, making it a complete four-corner replacement rather than a partial suspension upgrade.
The front camber plates are especially useful on a lowered 3000GT, where a proper alignment is essential for tire wear and predictable handling. D2's RS Series is aimed at owners who want meaningful adjustment range without moving into a dedicated competition coilover setup.
Before You Buy
This kit is specific to FWD 3000GT models and does not fit the VR-4 AWD drivetrain. Set ride height before scheduling a professional alignment, then use the front camber plates to help bring front alignment into the desired range. Vehicles lowered near the maximum range may need additional clearance checks for wheels, tires, fenders, and exhaust components.
