- Requires a mini-style 13 psi radiator cap. CSF cap part number 4502 is recommended and sold separately.
- The integrated transmission cooler is used on applicable automatic-transmission models. Cooler fittings remain unused on manual-transmission applications.

Product Description
The CSF 895 radiator is an OEM-style replacement for select 2.4L Toyota Pickup and 4Runner cooling systems. Its 2-row copper core and brass tanks provide a durable, serviceable alternative to radiators with plastic tanks.
The factory-style mounting points, hose locations and integrated transmission cooler are designed for straightforward installation in the listed applications. Every CSF radiator is pressure tested before leaving the factory to help ensure dependable sealing and cooling performance.
All-Metal Copper-Brass Construction
Copper-brass radiators are valued for their durability and repairability. Unlike a plastic-tank radiator, an all-metal unit can often be serviced or recored by a qualified radiator shop, making it a practical choice for older Toyota trucks that are kept on the road long term.
Installation Notes
- Compare the core dimensions, hose locations and mounting points with the existing radiator before installation.
- Inspect the upper and lower radiator hoses, clamps, thermostat and fan clutch while the cooling system is drained.
- Flush contaminated or deteriorated coolant from the system before installing the new radiator.
- Use the correct mini-style 13 psi radiator cap and the coolant type recommended for the vehicle.
- Bleed all trapped air from the cooling system after installation.
