Since the CSF core runs slightly thicker than the factory radiator, expect tighter clearance near the expansion tank and accessory belt area during install. It's not a fitment issue, just something worth knowing about before you're halfway through the job so it doesn't catch you off guard. If you're on an automatic transmission car, remember this radiator handles engine coolant only, the same as your factory setup, so you'll still need a separate transmission oil cooler if you don't already have one.

Fitment Note: This radiator fits the naturally aspirated N52 3.0L inline-6 across the E90/E92/E93 3 Series, the E89 Z4, and the related E82 128i, in both manual and automatic transmission cars. It does not fit the N54 turbocharged 335i, which uses a different cooling system architecture and requires a separate radiator. Automatic transmission cars require a separate transmission oil cooler in addition to this radiator, the same way the factory setup is configured.
