Product Description

If you drive a Raptor or a Limited, you didn't buy a truck just to commute; you bought it for output. But the stock intake on the 3.5L EcoBoost leaves a lot of power on the table. The COBB Intake w/ HCT is the fix. We ditched the factory plastic plumbing for dual 3" mandrel-bent aluminum tubes. This smooths out the airflow path right to the turbos, reducing restriction and letting the engine gulp down cold air.

The HCT Difference (Why this matters) Here is the cool part: most high-flow intakes require you to delete the factory emissions equipment, which can cause headaches down the road. "HCT" stands for HydroCarbon Trap, a mandated emissions component. Our engineers designed a specialized cage inside the intake tube to retain an OEM-grade HCT element. This means you get the performance benefits of a wid-open intake system while keeping the truck emissions-compliant. It’s a win-win that most other kits ignore.

Built for the Dirt, Not Just the Dyno Since Raptors are born to live off-road, we didn't just leave the filter exposed to the elements. The kit includes a fiber-reinforced composite airbox lid that looks OEM+ but is significantly tougher. It features a closed-cell foam gasket that creates a tight seal against the airbox housing. Whether you are blasting through silt beds or just dealing with road grime, your filter stays protected.
