Chase Bays's Radiator Fan Wiring Kit addresses a common problem: insufficient wiring for powerful electrical fans in vehicles originally equipped with mechanical fans. Factory A/C relays with small gauge wiring or a single relay powering two fans lead to underpowered fans and rising temperatures. Chase Bays's solution is a Dual Fan Relay Wiring Kit that's easy to install and looks great. Unlike other kits that come with basic components, this kit features a weatherproof relay/fuse box, fireproof sleeving, and clearly labeled TXL thin jacketing wires. Installation is straightforward: connect the "thermosw" wires to the included 1/8 NPT thermo-switch, the "fans" wires to the fans, ground the "GND" wire to a clean metal surface, and connect the "battery" wire to the battery, alternator, or starter for continuous fan operation. For switched operation, connect the battery lead to a switched 12v source. The kit uses proper 14awg wire crimped with Mil-Spec pneumatic crimpers, nickel-plated terminals, and Deutsch connectors for reliable, high-quality connections. Chase Bays's wiring kit ensures full-powered fans and stable engine temperatures with a professional, easy-to-install design.
