Fitment Information

• BMW 3 Series E30 (1982, 1983, 1984, 1985, 1986, 1987, 1988, 1989, 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994)
• BMW 3 Series E36 (1990, 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000) 
• BMW 3 Series E46 (1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006) 

Note

• DON'T ATTACH FAN DIRECTLY TO RADIATOR VIA FAN ZIP TIES. Over time this can wear through the core & puncture it.  Aluminum on radiator cores is very thin. This will immediately void your radiator warranty
• E30 lower bar has to be cut (see photos) & hood latch has to be removed plus surrounding hood latch metal trimmed. The lower bar isn't structural.
• E36 slight trim to the upper grille valence on left & right side.
• E46 requires no trimming at all.
• You can’t run AC w/ this radiator since it takes its place.  You could custom fabricate a forward mounted condenser & extended lines.  
• An intercooler can work w/ some metal valance trimming on the E30.  For the E36 & E46 light bumper trimming

Notably, our radiator features unique advancements, such as integrated fan brackets and a more cost-effective approach without a complete fan shroud, enhancing cooling efficacy. Furthermore, ensuring optimal fan performance, our dual-fan relay harness with a 180°F thermoswitch simplifies wiring requirements. For proper coolant fill management, our radiator's lower position necessitates a new fill point, facilitated by an inline filler neck. Offering versatility, the modular inlet/outlet design allows for reversible orientation and interchangeable options, enabling customization to suit individual preferences.
