The BORLA Cat-Back system 140864 was specifically designed to enhance the power and sound of the Ford F150 equipped with 2.7L and 3.5L engines. EXCEPT 3.5L V6 PowerBoost and Tremor Models. It includes bright chromed T-304 stainless steel tips and a split rear exit configuration. The entire system is made of T-304 stainless steel and utilizes computer numerical control (CNC) manufacturing techniques that ensure an accurate fit. This system features the “ATAK” our most aggressive sound level without any drone. It is also available with black chromed tips (part number 140864BC). There are also systems available for the 2.7L and 3.5L F150 that offer different options for sound level, tip finish and tip exits. Add Adapter 60556 for Crew Cab with Standard Bed (157.2") Wheelbase vehicles. Add adapter 60564 for Extended Cab Long with Bed (164.1") Wheelbase vehicles. All this is backed by our unsurpassed Million Mile Warranty.

Black Chrome - Single Round Rolled Angle-Cut

It includes black chromed T-304 stainless steel tips and a split rear exit configuration. Using BORLA Stainless Steel Polish p# 21461 is NOT recommended with these black chrome tips. We suggest cleaning the tips with hot water and a microfiber cloth. The entire system is made of T-304 stainless steel and utilizes computer numerical control (CNC) manufacturing techniques that ensure an accurate fit.
