These rear-section exhausts replace the factory muffler / tailpipe with free-flowing T-304 stainless steel construction, polished or black coat tips, and improved exhaust velocity. The sound is aggressive yet refined, perfect for those who want more presence without excessive noise. Install is straightforward with factory hangers, and both versions offer the same build, performance, and fit — the difference is purely in the tip finish. The Borla 11915 / 11915CB systems are high-quality rear-section / axle-back upgrades for the 2014-2024 Mini Cooper S (2.0L Turbo, F56 Hatchback / F57 Convertible, front-wheel drive), excluding John Cooper Works (JCW) trims. They offer the S-Type sound profile: sportier and louder than stock, but still tuned to reduce cabin drone. Constructed from premium T-304 stainless steel, these systems use mandrel-bent tubing and are designed for bolt-on installation. The “CB” version adds black-coated stainless tips for a darker aesthetic.
Each system is built from premium 300-series austenitic stainless steel, superior to T-400 series knockoffs (such as 409), to give you the absolute best in performance and durability.
