Fitment Note: Fits standard W204 C-Class sedan with conventional steel spring suspension only. Does not fit any W204 equipped with AGILITY CONTROL, DIRECT CONTROL, or any other form of electronic damper control. These systems use electronically actuated dampers that are not compatible with this kit. To confirm whether your car has electronic dampers, check your build sheet or option code list for AGILITY CONTROL or DIRECT CONTROL, or look in the iDrive-style COMAND menu for a suspension mode selector. Does not fit the C63 AMG, which uses AMG-specific damper and spring hardware.

• The front damper is an inverted monotube design with a zinc-plated body.
• The rear uses a standard monotube gas pressure design with a yellow-finished body.
• Both front and rear are threaded for ride height adjustment using a threaded spacer rather than a spring perch, which is worth noting as the adjustment method differs slightly from full coilover designs.
• Drop range is 1.2 to 2.0 inches at both front/rear. 
• Damping is set at the factory and is not adjustable. Bilstein's Triple-C-Technology three-layer zinc coating protects the damper body against corrosion.
• A professional wheel alignment is required after installation.

• H&R Wheel Spacers Mercedes C300/C350 W204 (2008-2014) Hubcentric wheel spacers to push the wheels flush with the fenders after lowering the car. A very common pairing on the W204 since dropping the ride height without spacers can leave the wheels sitting too far inboard.

• How do I know if my W204 has electronic suspension?
  Look for a suspension mode button or selector on the center console, or check your option codes for AGILITY CONTROL or DIRECT CONTROL. You can also check your original window sticker or build sheet. If you're not sure, reach out to us with your VIN and we can help confirm whether this kit will work for your car before you order.
• Does this fit the C63 AMG?
  No. The C63 AMG uses AMG-specific damper and spring hardware that is not compatible with this kit. There is a separate Bilstein kit for the W204 C63 AMG.
• Is the damping adjustable on the B14 PSS?
  No. The B14 PSS is a fixed-damping coilover. Bilstein sets the valving at the factory specifically for this application. Ride height is the only field-adjustable parameter. If you want adjustable damping, the B16 PSS10 is the step up from Bilstein that adds rebound adjustment.
• What is the difference between the threaded spacer adjustment and a standard coilover?
  On a traditional coilover you adjust ride height by moving the spring perch up or down on the shock body. On the B14 PSS, ride height is adjusted using a threaded spacer between the spring perch and the lower bracket. The end result is the same, a lower ride height, but the adjustment method is slightly different. Either way, the spring preload is not affected by the height change.
